About Us
Nick Buddo and rachel nation have teamed up to bring you Urbane Building. “We sell and remodel houses in the Allandale, Rosedale, Hyde Park, Hancock, and Crestview neighborhoods.”
Nick hails from the UK, while rachel has lived in Allandale since 1996. You may have seen Nick and rachel on HGTV’s Look What I Did series in 2007 for their two remodel projects.
They both enjoy remodeling, scootering, and hosting guests at their Austin bed and breakfasts, the Austin Ranch House and the Hancock Guest Cottage which can be perfect home bases for relocators to explore their Austin home search.
